If you are subscribed to Microsoft Office 365 for Business Premium, you can install up to 5 copies of the software on to different computers for Windows and Mac. This includes free installs on Android and iOS devices too.


  1. Go to https://portal.office.com
  2. Sign in with your email address and password.
  3. On the main screen, you will see the install office box
  4. Click on it to see the drop down options and select Office 365 Apps
  5. A file will be downloaded to your computer. Run the file to begin the installation
  6. Once installed, you will need to sign in with your business email and password to activate the licence


If you have reached your 5 install limit, you can raise a ticket with us to provide you with another Business Premium licence, or help you free up licences on machines you no longer use.
